• Late payments may result in paused work or additional charges as specified in the project agreement

To ensure smooth project delivery, clients are expected to:

• Respond to review requests within agreed timelines
• Ensure they have the rights to any content, images, or materials shared with us

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables created specifically for their project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. AppsiteLabs retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise.

Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary code used to build a project remain the property of AppsiteLabs or its respective licensors.

AppsiteLabs strives to deliver high-quality services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any website, application, or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement as outlined in the specific project agreement. AppsiteLabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its website or services for any user found violating these Terms.
