Refunds may be considered if the service delivered does not match the agreed scope or if there is a failure to deliver as per the contract. Requests must be made within 7 days of service delivery.
Certain services, such as domain registration, third-party fees, and completed project milestones, are non-refundable. Custom work already delivered and approved by the client is also non-refundable.
To request a refund, please contact us at contact@appsitelabs.com with your project details and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Any transaction fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
