1. General Policy

All services and products sold by Appsite Labs are digital and customized. Therefore, we do not offer returns once the service has been initiated or delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

• Payment made by mistake (duplicate or excess payment).
• Project cancelled before any work is started.
• Failure to deliver services as per the initial written agreement.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Services already delivered or partially completed.
• Domain, hosting, SSL, or third-party platform purchases.
• Client dissatisfaction due to change of mind after delivery.

4. Refund Process

• Mention reason, payment details & proof
• Processing time: 7–10 business days

5. Late or Missing Refunds

• Check your bank/UPI/wallet
• Then contact your payment provider
• If still not received, contact us directly

6. Project Cancellation

If the project is cancelled midway, refund will be calculated based on the work completed and resources used. A partial refund may be offered.
