• Client portals or secure cloud links

Once the order is confirmed and payment is successfully received:

• Initial project work begins within 1-3 business days.
• Final delivery timelines vary by service and are communicated in advance.

2. Delivery of Physical Goods (if applicable)

If you purchase any physical product (like software installation kits, merchandise, etc.):

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Products are shipped through reputed courier services.
• Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days within India.
• Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

• For digital products, there are no shipping charges.
• For physical products, shipping charges may vary depending on the location and weight of the item. These charges will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout.

4. Delivery Delays

Appsite Labs Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused due to:

• Natural calamities
• Courier partner delays
• Incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, and in case of unexpected delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping for physical products. Digital services, however, are available globally.
